 VIVAX LIMITED RC: 240855 was incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria and commenced operations on July 1 2001 following the formal transfer of the Agency rights in Nigeria and Ghana of Aventis Nutrition France from Rhodia Nigeria Limited to Vivax Limited. The registered office is at 5, Sapara Street (within May & Baker Nig. Plc office complex) Industrial Estate Ikeja – Lagos.
The main object of the company is to provide a variety of services to the Livestock sub-sector and Food industries.
Vivax Limited is the leading indent house for the supply of amino acids and vitamins for the livestock industry in Nigeria. This market position is facilitated by the Agency and Sales Representation Agreement between her and Adisseo SAS formally Aventis Animal Nutrition of France. Adisseo is a global leader in the manufacture of key micronutrients for livestock feed production. The Agency agreement covers Nigeria and Ghana. There is a similar working agreement with the Dutch Company Kempex BV of Holland for the supply of Lysine, Fish-meal and other fine ingredients to the Nigerian market.
Vivax is also active in the distribution and marketing of key inputs for livestock and feed production such as al-methanine, L-lysine, Enzymes, toxin binders, minerals and vitamin.
To facilitate access of the local poultry farmers to good quality feeds. Vivax feedmill commenced production of a range of balanced ration under the brand Vivax Fees. The feedmill is meeting the needs of numerous poultry farmers in the Ota, Akute axis of Ogun state.
Vivax undertakes consultancy services of Banks, private entrepreneurs, and government agency. Together with her team of experts, Vivax does project appraisal, evaluation, and monitoring in all areas of poultry production. Feasibility reports, equipment sourcing, and establishment of livestock projects are other servicews the company offers. |
